copy /net/sqesvr.eng/export/vsn/GammaBase/Bugs/4383861 to a local directory and and execute the doit command.

L: is mapped to \\jdk\local-java
I was using a dual proc. PIII 600 with NT 4.0 SP 5.
Repeat the doit script until the bug occurs.
The doit.bat executes in comp mode only because it reproduces so much faster in comp mode. It is reproducible in -Xint.
