A next_n call made on a Binding Iterator, with how_many (the number of Bindings to be retreived) set to 0, does not raise a BAD_PARAM exception as it should.

To test this error, run the tests under Binding/BindingIteratorTests by entering 'make -s all' at the prompt. Test case 0007 illustrates this error.
