Asian locales - Some characters in size 12 or 14 in Java appli. appear broken.

      Java rasterizer seems not to work fine for size 12 or 14 Asian charcters.
      Some chracters lose lines. For example unicode "ace0" or "cf58" character of Korean font.

      Please see attached image file "login_option". It shows some Korean characters
      broken (or some lines are missing). Compare with the second image
      "login_option_correct.gif" which image I took typing in Text Note.
