When generating the self-extracting zip file, the LICENSE file is not
being found and an error is being generated:

./../build/solaris-sparc/jdk1.3.1ea/LICENSE cat: cannot open ./../build/solaris-sparc/jdk1.3.1ea/LICENSE
The build is looking to obtain the license file from the wrong location.
