      test/java/awt/dnd/DnDAcceptanceTest fails on Win95, Win98, WinME.
      DropTargetListener methods are not called and drop doesn't happen
      when source and target are in the same jvm.
      Drag-n-drop between two jvms works correctly however.
      It is a regression introduced with DnD rewrite putback.
