The method layout(int width, int height) is no longer overridden
in the class javax.swing.text.FlowView. It's functionality has been
moved to setSize() method (see deltas 1.18 and 1.19).
This API change was not approved by CCC and may affect compatibility.
It also makes the JCK tests for method FlowView.layout() senseless.
Please, send out CCC request so we can remove the correspondent JCK tests.
