Verified
Two of the existing CORBA tests, which are passing fine against merlin build b-38, are failing against build b-39. There have been no CORBA integration from b-38 to b-39 and thus I do not expect this to be a CORBA issue. I'm getting the following exception during test execution:

I've attached a test case to reproduce the problem. You can change the JAVA_HOME variable in the Makefile to point to different versions of JDKs.
