On Windows95,98 with merlin_38.

The height of Input Method window is short.


Reproduce to:
1, Copy the attached file WuBi.jar into $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/ext
2, Launch Notepad demo in $JAVA_HOME/demo/jfc/Notepad/Notepad.jar
3, Select "Select input method" in the system menu(at upper-left of window)
4, WuBiIM and TestIM are in the popup menu, Select WuBiIM.
5, Make the text area component focused Press Ctrl+Space,
   and input 'aabbccd'(3 Chinese character and 1 alphabet "d")
6, You can see WuBiIM Status Window and WuBiInput Method.
**Problem is height of WuBiInput Method window.

If select TestIM at 4- , TestIM Input Method window and this window has same problem.
