The current Ladybird workspace doesn't have make files and package definitions to build the Japanese man page packages: SUNWjej3m, SUNWjpj3m, SUNWjuj3m. They need to be added.
In Kestrel/Solaris, these components were part of the ext/l10n hierarchy. In the new unified localization scheme for Ladybird, they should be part of make/pkgdefs. The man page source files (in EUC encoding) now live in src/solaris/doc/sun/man/ja. Rules for converting the EUC files (for SUNWjej3m) into PCK (for SUNWjpj3m) or UTF-8 (for SUNWjuj3m) can be obtained from the Kestrel/Solaris file ext/l10n/build/solaris/GNUmakefile.
