This bug is in C locale and zh_CN locale.
This bug is a generic bug, it appears in solaris ,x86 solaris and
windows platforms.
To reproduce this bug, pls. run attached file.
When the application is up, then choose 'Close' in system menu,
or choose 'Alt F4' to close it.
You will find out the application can't be closed, and you have to
close it with pressing 'ctrl+c'.
