Right now a user specifies that they want assistive technologies loaded into the Java VM by editing the file jdk1.3/jre/lib/accessibility.properties. They should also be able to specify their desire to load assistive technologies directly on the command line, with a "-D" option. This will aid testing, as the tester will not need to keep multiple JVMs around.
