Unable to change the state of a Frame from both

1. Normal state to Zoomed state, and
2. Iconified state to Zoomed state

programatically using Frame.setState(state) method.

Find attached test case with the bug report.

To Reproduce the bug :

1) Compile and run the attached Java File.
2) First press the "Zoom It" button. It is not ZOOMED.
