When KeyboardFocusManager.clearGlobalFocusOwner() method is called than the focus owner is not recieving permanent FOCUS_LOST event.
Run the attach file. Press the button,then clearGlobalfocusowner() will be called and the focus lost checked against Temporary and permenant.If you see the focus lost as temporary on the console then the bug is reproduced.
