I find out a small but funny List problem in windows platform.

The reproduce this bug, run attached file

You would see there are 3 lines in the list,
the third line is "double click this line pls.".

When you doulbe click this line, you will find
this line move up.

In fact, i don't hope anything happen when
double click this line.

There is NO bug in Solaris platform.
