Japanese characters rendered bold with rotate text at 0 degree in plain font
with Serif and Monospaced and Dialoginput.

Reproduce to:
1. Launcn the FontEffectTest2 it included GlobalSuite.
2. Select font size 24.
3. Input 3040 into Hex Unicode input area.
   or Input Japanese into Input String area
4. Select font type "Serif" or "Monospaced" or "Dialoginput"
5. You can see the problem.
