Steps to Reproduce :

Platforms : Solaris Sparc/ IASolaris / Linux

1.) On a IA Solaris 2.6 Machine, Install the plugin for ladybird on
        /net/sqesvr/deployment3/ladybird/

2.) Set the NPX_PLUGIN_PATH
     eg: setenv NPX_PLUGIN_PATH /home/srinim/<j2re>/plugin/sparc/ns4

3.) Go to the Java Control Panel and enable the java console

4.) Restart the netscape browser twice

5.) go to the below link and execute the BAT testcases
     http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_bat.html

Result :

The Java Console will not come up automatically
