Steps to Reproduce

 1.) On a Solaris 2.6 Machine, Install the plugin for ladybird on
        /net/sqesvr/deployment3/ladybird/

2.) Set the NPX_PLUGIN_PATH
     eg: setenv NPX_PLUGIN_PATH /home/srinim/<j2re>/plugin/sparc/ns4

3.) Restart the netscape browser twice

4.) Run the RSA test cases 1 & 2 from http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_RSA.html

When running the test case select the option Grant All in the popup box

Invoke the Control panel and to the Certificates tab

Results :

Certificates are not listed.
