Plugin authentication dialog has default button set to Cancel (NO)

        When the plugin prompts for a user/password, the dialog that comes up has
        the default button set to NO, instead of YES. So, if I type in a valid user
        and password and hit ENTER, the dialog gets cancelled, rather than accepting
        the correct value --- one needs to click YES. This is non-standard Windows
        behavior, and non-intuitive.
