CSIV2 adds a new service context element, SecurityAttributeService . Support for this must be added once CSIV2 becomes a standard. Changes will include:

a. add the following constant to IOP.idl
  
     const ServiceId SecurityAttributeService = 15;

b. update any build procedures as required.
