Steps to Reproduce

 1.) On a IA Solaris Machine, Install the plugin for ladybird on
        /net/sqesvr/deployment3/ladybird/x86.pit

2.) Set the NPX_PLUGIN_PATH
     eg: setenv NPX_PLUGIN_PATH /home/srinim/<j2re>/plugin/sparc/ns4

3.) Restart the netscape browser twice

4.) execute the QL testcases for relative dimensions from
http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_Relative.html

Results : The imgae is not being displayed, only a black background is seen
