Enhance the X500Principal class to support parsing and generating
RFC 2253 String DNs. RFC 2253 obsoletes RFC 1779 and is the required format
for use with LDAP v3. Compatibility with RFC 1779 will be preserved. This
RFE consists of 2 parts:

  1) Enhancing the X500Principal(String) constructor to recognize/parse RFC1779
     and RFC2253 DNs.

  2) Adding a new method that generates RFC 2253 String DNs
