The Java Accessibility Utilities must fully exercize the Java Accessiblity API in order that we can verify in testing that everything works, and verifiy that our API is complete.
For example, JavaFerret doesn't do anything with AccessibleTable. How can testing, which relies on this tool, know that AccessibleTable is implemented correctly? Also, the exercize of implementing "exercizing" code in JavaFerret and elsewhere helps "keep us honest".
Similarly AccessibleRelation in JavaFerret, et. al., AccessibleIcon, and the new Displayed Mnemonic.
