Details: Netscape 4.76 and 4.75 were tested with java Plugin versions 1.3 and
1.3.1 (latest from SUN). When attempting to access a Java Plugin
enabled site which utilizes aspects of 1.3 specifically, the browser
will die with a bus error.

The plugin for Java Plugin 1.3 was placed in the directory noted below.
I have also tried to place the plugin in the $MOZILLA_HOME/plugins
directory with equally poor success (also being sure to adjust the
NPX_PLUGIN_PATH env. var. accordingly to reflect these changes).

the following environmental variables have been set:
