Consonant HA (u0939) in Lucida font doesn't follow Dead Consonant Rule 1,
(a consonant precedes a VIRAMA, the consonant becomes a dead consonant) i.e.,
it doesn't show dead consonant form, if replacing with Mangal or Devanagari
font, it displays correctly.
The font with Hindi glyphs is not integrated in build as of Merlin b43, this is to keep track of the problem, and will verify when the font is integrated.
