java40.jar system classes not signed causes JSObject and OJI test fail on IAsola

      JSObject and OJI applet tag tests are failing with Merlin build 44 on IA solaris
      with a message java40.jar system classes not signed.


      To reproduce the problem ,

      1. Install Java Plug-in Merlin build44.

      2.The following OJI Applet Tag and JSObject test cases on IA Solris from

      http://javaweb.eng.sun.com/~vmanda/oji/javasoft/tags/automated/AppletTag
      http://sqesvr.eng.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_JSobject.html

      3. Message with system classes not signed (java40.jar) pops up.
