With Merlin b44 or b45, run jTable tests (and 13 other tests) in GlobalSuite framework in th_TH locale, the test failed with java.lang.NullPointerException thrown, the log is attached as below.

Same test was executed in ar, en_US locales, and did not have exception thrown. This happens in both b44 and b45, noticed in b45, in additiona to the following message, the message "Couldn't flush system prefs: java.util.prefs.BackingStoreException: Couldn't get file lock." was also thrown (bug 4398496).
