When toggling through tabPlacement, with scrollable tabs enabled, the scrollable tab buttons sometimes paint incorrectly in that one of the buttons is missing.
Source sample attached.
Steps to repro:
1. Compile attached .java file
2. Run the tabThumbs.class
3. click the setTabLayoutPolicy checkbox
4. Click LEFT radioButton
Observe: Scrollable thumb is missing an arrow button
Note1: If you set LEFT first then click the setTabLayoutPolicy checkbox both arrows appear, but then click TOP and see only one scroll thumb
Note2: Have yet to try on Solaris, but guessing it is there too. Tested Win98 only.
