Specification for javax.swing.SpinnerNumberModel.setValue(Object) does not define
JTabbedPane behavior when the same mnemonic is assigned to several tabs. In this case
it is unclear which tabs will be selected when corresponded keycode is activated.
Also, it is unclear how to remove mnemonic for the specified tab.
It needs to be fixed because it is unable to write JCK tests.
