IIOMetadataNode keeps incorrect count of child nodes

         An IIOMetadataNode will increment its internal count of child nodes
      by 2 instead of 1 each time its appendChild method is called.

        The existing regression test test/javax/imageio/PNGMetadataColorType.java
      may be used.
