The Makefiles in make/sun/motif12 and make/sun/motif21 generate the file
mapfile-vers at runtime and place that file into the make/sun/motif[12,21]
directory. This is not acceptable behavior: This type of generated file
should be generated into and referenced from $(TMPDIR)

The generated files are not clobbered and can lead to corrupt workspaces.

When the fix is implemented, please also send email to jdk-dev requesting
manual removes of the generated mapfiles in every developers workspace.
