Menus of Stylepad demo not working properly on Win98. Same is true on Sol2.7 also.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Run the Stylepad demo
2) Start Notepad or any other application
3) Open the File Menu of Stylepad
4) Click on the Notepad window to make it the current active window
5) The File Menu of Stylepad remains Open.
6) Move the cursor over other stylepad Menus. The Menu under the cursor
   opens.
   Stylepad Menus should close down when focus is shifted to some
   other window.
