Steps to Reproduce:
1) Run FileChooser Demo on Win98
2) Select a folder from the File Chooser dialog.
3) Click again to invoke edit-in-place for renaming
4) Delete the name of the folder. Don't hit Enter
5) Click on the File name text box. A folder without a name is created.
6) Click on the Cancel button.
7) Reopen the FileChooser dialog without making any other changes. The folder without name is still visible. This happens even if you change the Dialog type before reopening the Dialog.
