class ReferenceURIScheme should be named to match the IPP attribute

      The javax.print standard attributes in merlin are wherever possible
      named for the corresponding IPP attribute. ReferenceURIScheme diverges from
      this for no reason.
      A change is needed before to fix this before the API becomes final.
