With ladybird build 12, JWS hang after 1 hours 39 minutes on Windows 2000.

Machine name : jcc-w2001
How to reproduce the failure:

go to d:/1.3NTscripts
run.jws stab followed by flag, ie, run.jws stab -server

Please contact dxoshin.chen@Eng before using the machine.

reproduce method:

   I have already prepare the environment for your running. Please telnet to
jtg-win1.eng.sun.com with root/admin as id/passwd and go to directory d: as
your working space. I have already installed the latest ladybird-b13. You can run any bigapps under d:/1.3NTscripts with
> run.atg script for atg
> run.cscp1 for cloudscape
> run.vmark for volano mark
> run.vtest for volan test
> run.jws for java web server
Using the "sh run.jws stab -server" for running atg with -server flag, and you
can add any debugging flag after stab option. And, you can check d:/tmp for the output results. Because we install the mks tool, you can use almost any unix command under windows, like ps, kill...etc.
