We are using the Java 2 plug-in (1.3.0 for IE) with great success, except for
one thing. We have a large dimensioned applet. When users scroll up and down
to see all of it, the redraw does not work right. This is fixed in the
1.3.0_01 plug-in. Unfortunately, this is not the plug-in version that gets
automatically downloaded. My questions:

1. When will the fixed plug-in become the default download?

2. Will the same codebase parameter work
(codebase="http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/jinstall-13-
win32.cab#Version=1,3,0,0")?
