accept headers values different from what i am requesting

      This is with reference to Bug Id:4399983.

      Thank you very much for taking your time to rectify this bug. But I still
      feel that it is a bug. It happens not only with the JavaWebServer but with
      IIS4.0 ,apache and BEA.

      It should not throw an exception but return the statuscode ,so that we can
      process the information according to the status code.
      Getting the status code from a stream is not the right way and many java
      programmers have wasted countless hrs. before realizing that it is the api's
      fault and not his fault.

      And one more thing, W@p devices supports text/txt too.

      If the browser is able to display the error code , then why cannot the java api
      return the status code properly.

      Please look into this matter once again.
