GraphicAttribute needs getOutline API

      GraphicAttribute can be applied to text in a TextLayout to replace normal rendering of a character with special rendering. TextLayout, though, needs to support getOutline calls. GraphicAttribute needs to provide getOutline API in order to properly support TextLayout's API.
