      Run the FileChooser demo on Win98.
      When the Open/Save/Custom JFileChooser dialog is opened for the first time and 'Look in:' list displayed, the list shows only the Desktop folder. This happens in Windows as well as Metal L&F.

      Expected Result:
      The 'Look in:' drop down list should display the entire hierarchy of available Files and Folders.
