After java.nio's integration, I can't complete Merlin's build due to
  java.lang.Error: Default decoding not supported: eucJP
You can see the place which the error occurred in the attached logfile.

I don't know if JDK's build with non-en locale is officially supported now,
but I used to be able to succeed build with ja locale.


Build fails on Multilingual Windows 2000 due to the same error (MS932).
