The "green" and "blue" attributes of the ColorTableEntry nodes in
GIF stream and image metadata are incorrectly set to the same values as the
"red" attribute even if they differ in the file.

  Actual image decoding is not affected by this bug, only metadata.

  A regression test will be placed in test/javax/imageio/plugins/gif/GIFMetadataColorTableEntry.java.
