What it seems to me is that it would be REALLY nice to be able to assign
configurations on an application level basis. I didn't see any mention of
this in the JNLP spec! This looks like one of those shortcomings that only
arise when people actually try to use a product. What would help our
application is to be able to override the default settings in the .conf
file. This would enable us to say Update Before Running= true and Create
Icons = false
