Regression test java/awt/dnd/DroppingVMCrashTest/DroppingVMCrashTest.html Failing with a time out.
Merlin build 48 and build 51

As a result of this test timing out, all remaining tests in the regression suite get an error for not being able to
delete a file. ie:
"test result: Error. Problem deleting file: C:\<<test-result-directory>>\scratch\java1.log.lck"
This only happens on Windows 98 and fails on Multiple machines.
