In KDE 1.2 beta 2 the Java VM is run as a server process to which client
side applets from within the browser can connect.
In jdk1.2.2 applets work ok, in 1.3 the applet is loaded (font warnings
are correctly displayed) but nothing is shown in the konqueror window
This was discovered by Caldera in testing.
