Java Plugin Merlin build 48 crashes when any sound applets are loaded

Java Plugin Merlin build 48 crashes the browser when any demos with sound are loaded .

To reproduce the problem :

1.Install java Plugn merlin build 48
2.load the folowwing applet

http://java.sun.com/products/plugi/1.3/demos/applets/Animator/example.html


The Same bug is reproduced by Java2Demo Applet in Linux. The Snapshot of the of the Error thrown is attached as a PNG image which can be viewed in Netscape
