Now that Swing properly watches for dynamic changes on teh Windows desktop
for hte Windows look&feel, it's more obvious that JInternalFrame does not
implement it's border correctly. Windows has display properties to configure
a simple line border around active and inactive windows (size and color),
but Swing does not honor these properties.
To see bug:
1. run SwingSet
2. Switch to Windows look&feel
3. Bring up "Properties" from Windows desktop popup menu
4. Select the "Appearance" tab
5. Select "Active Window Border" from Item combobox
6. Increase the "Size" and change the Color (to something bright - easy to see)
7. Press "OK"...
(the same can be done with "Inactive Window Border" Item)
