SecureConnectionManager does not have enough hooks to support CSIv2

      SecureConnection.writeRequestData and SecureServerConnection.readRequestData can be used to transmit the EstablishContext and MessageInContext messages of CSIv2 when using SecureConnectionManager, but there is no way to transmit the ContextError and CompleteEstablishContext messages back in the response.
