In both ladybird and merlin, the files:
  make/ishield/jdk/string_tables/0404-Chinese-Taiwan/value.shl
  make/ishield//jdk/string_tables/0804-Chinese-PRC/value.shl
both contain the line:
  PLUGIN_MICRO_VERSION=1.1.1.2

which seems to be cruft from earlier releases.

None of the other 'jdk' value.shl files (0009-English, 0011-Japanese,
0012-Korean) define this value at all.
