If you install j2re or j2sdk 1.3.0 FCS on win32, then install the j2re or
j2sdk 1.3.1 binaries, then remove the 1.3.1 j2re, you are left with a
j2sdk 1.3.0 install with NO j2re in c:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3

This is because the Micro version is ignored by the JRE install.
