Under the Windows LAF, JRadioButtons and JCheckBoxes are painting incorrectly. There are two issues. First, the background color for these components is incorrect. It is the same as the frame background but it should use the Windows "window" color. Second, a close look at checkbox components shows that the box is painted differently, and with different colors than its Windows counterpart.
