Java Plug-in demo(Swing set Demo) Throws Resource File Not found exceptions
when run with Merlin build49.The demos are too slow when loading into the
browser using plugin.

On Windows,Unable to choose any dimensions for Arc test and unable to
choose from the list box for the Card Demo

To reproduce the problem :
1. Install Java Plug-in Merlin Build49
2. Run the following Plugin demos.

  http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/demos/

    i) Arc Test Demo on Windows unable to choose different dimension
       for Draw and Fill.

    ii) Card Test Demo unablew to choose the list box for the layout.


Below is the exception in Console when running the Swingset Demo on Solaris.
